Job Description

The Chief Programming and Engagement Officer (CPEO) will report directly to the President and CEO. This leader will work closely with the senior leadership team and staff to reimagine and strengthen the Trust’s programming. The role involves leading the arts education, strategic partnerships, and community engagement teams. The CPEO will execute programming that meets financial and artistic goals and promotes teamwork. They will use data to shape future programming and seize opportunities to expand the Trust’s influence both regionally and nationally. The CPEO will lead initiatives to engage diverse communities, increasing participation in the Cultural District.

This role requires someone with a passion for the arts and extensive experience in performing arts presenting, arts programming, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a people-centered leader skilled in leveraging team expertise. They will excel in motivating, engaging, and inspiring their teams to achieve success.
