CAMPO is looking for a communications employee (m/f/x) February 13, 2024 The Ghent-based CAMPO is a pioneering arts center that creates and showcases theater, dance, and performance by new creators and international voices. Bold and full of surprises. CAMPO operates and presents both internationally and at three locations in Ghent: CAMPO nieuwpoort, CAMPO victoria, and DE BOMA. The CAMPO team consists of about twenty permanent employees and many freelancers, artistic staff, and artists.
Who are we looking for exactly?
You have a passion for the performing arts and are an all-rounder in communication.
You have a relevant basic education, at least at bachelor’s level, and at least 3 years of work experience.
You have a smooth pen (NL/EN).
You are observant and quick to understand. You don’t wait for work to come to you but take a proactive approach.
You have strategic insight for the medium and long term, and you can work in a structured and process-oriented manner.
You are a flexible team player, stress-resistant, and creative.
What do we expect?
Together with your colleague, you will determine the marketing and communication of CAMPO.
You coordinate all print and online communications and take care of the copy for newsletters and web texts, among other things.
You enjoy getting creative on our social media channels and in video and photo editing.
You have basic knowledge of graphic design and are comfortable with it.
You analyze the impact of all communication actions and are creative in devising new formats that closely align with our audience.
You translate our projects into compelling stories using both text and audiovisual material.
What can we offer you?
You will join a small but motivated and flexible team and thus contribute to the development of CAMPO as a leading arts center. We offer you a salary according to the scales of the Collective Labor Agreement for the Performing Arts, and a permanent contract (100%). Preferably, you will start from April 2024.
