Communications Manager – V&A East + Young V&A

The V&A is seeking a creative and experienced Communications Manager to join its team and support the launch and promotion of the V&A East Museum and V&A East Storehouse. The role also includes working on campaigns for Young V&A in Bethnal Green and coordinating with teams across the wider V&A network.

Position Responsibilities

Develop and deliver integrated PR campaigns, including for V&A East’s launch and its inaugural exhibition The Music is Black: A British Story
Collaborate with teams across Communications, Marketing, Social Media, and Digital
Build media relationships and produce standout coverage aligned with audience insights and brand strategy
Support campaigns across the V&A’s family of sites

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in communications and media relations
Strong campaign management skills and creativity
Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
Interest in museums, arts, and culture
