Community Outreach and Education Coordinator

We have recently been awarded a grant to fund this new, exciting position. The Coordinator will oversee all aspects of our outreach and education programming, including the development and implementation of an innovative curricular initiative. We aim to foster a deeper engagement with current participants in our Library Donation Program and to cultivate new partnerships by having more active and consistent outreach, as well as providing customized curricula and lesson plans for teachers/librarians that will accompany several Radius Books publications each year. The Coordinator will also extend the community reach of our programs by attending occasional book fairs and library association events, as well as organizing 2-3 Donation Days each year.
