Easttopics East Talks online program offers you the possibility to participate in courses, lectures and discussions about the CEE contemporary art world with flexibility, wherever you are based. Composed of lectures and presentations by curators, artists and researchers, the first Easttopics East Talks program aims to give deep insight into historical and contemporary performance art of the CEE region.
During four weeks, this online course will cover a large spectrum of specific areas of knowledge in performance art, and is specially conceived for an audience in close contact with cultural, artistic, curatorial and performatives domains wishing to deepen and intensify their understanding of contemporary art, its social impact and its power to foster change. The Easttopics East Talks program is designed to nurture a more comprehensive understanding of contemporary culture and art, its institutional status, its market as well as to think the boundaries between different fields of art in a more permeable way.
Video conferences are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm to 6pm CET. Recordings will be available after each day in case you miss a live session.
