Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate museum work teams, ensuring service excellence and quality standards.
- Define and implement methodologies and strategies. Propose action plans and seek innovative, clear, and creative solutions for clients, adapting to their needs.
- Maintain direct communication with clients.
- Plan service coverage and team schedules according to client demand.
- Manage administrative aspects of Human Resources, such as personnel procedures, payroll, interviews, training, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and draft reports and protocols. Generate service-related statistics, report incidents, and propose improvements.
- Evaluate service quality.

Minimum Requirements:
- Initiative, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, passion for culture, results-oriented, and strong service orientation.
- Empathy for people and sensitivity to empower, guide, and inspire the team in a healthy work environment.
- Ability to organize activity schedules and coordinate teams.
- Education: Tourism, Advertising and Public Relations, Humanities, Art History, Audiovisual Communication, Anthropology, or equivalent.
- Languages: native/bilingual Catalan and Spanish, advanced English. Knowledge of other languages, such as French, is highly valued.
- IT: Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in management, coordination, and supervision of teams is highly valued.
- Most importantly: the ability to create unique experiences through art and culture with enthusiasm.
