Job Overview
Title: Creative Director
Team: Executive
Reports To: Chair of Board of Directors
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000, varies with skill and experience level
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours/week, flexitime, TOIL policy
Probation: 6 months
Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays
Pension: Auto-enrolment in The People’s Pension, 3% employer contribution
Location: Central Manchester and remote
