Overview
Join our team at NODE, a non-profit organization based in Frankfurt am Main, focused on creative coding, digital arts, and design. We are seeking a dedicated Creative Producer (d/w/m) to work with us on a freelance basis.
Your Role
As a Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, serving as a lead project manager and contributing creatively. You’ll be actively involved in the conceptual process during fundraising phases and may initiate your own project ideas.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include (based on project and team needs):
- Fundraising & Concept Creation
- Process Planning & Time Schedules
- Coordination / Communication with Speakers & Artists
- Team Coordination
- Preparation of Contracts
- Material Purchases
- Location Management
- Contribution to Technical Planning
- Contribution to Budget Controlling
- Contribution to Public Relations Management
Requirements
We expect you to:
- Be registered as a freelance worker capable of writing invoices.
- Be a dedicated and collaborative team player.
- Demonstrate a willingness to engage in NODE’s conceptual development.
- Have an interest in art, design, or creative coding, with initial experience in these fields.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for collaborative creative and critical thinking.
- Show a strong interest in media and net cultural issues, as well as the intersection of technology, society, culture, and cultural education.
- Be motivated to contribute your skills, ideas, and questions.
- Be open to remote teamwork and willing to join local projects, meetings, and events in Frankfurt am Main.
- Be committed to teamwork and engagement.

About NODE
NODE is a non-profit organization dedicated to creative coding, digital arts, and design. We are an international platform that critically examines the intersection of technology and society. Since 2008, we’ve developed educational formats, organized artist exchange programs, conferences, and commissioned cross-disciplinary artistic projects. NODE also hosts the NODE Forum for Digital Arts, a festival for digital arts and creative technologies.
Additionally, NODE is a recognized voluntary youth welfare organization in Hesse, collaborating with international media artists to develop workshops and projects for young people, fostering critical and creative exploration of technologies.
