Job Description
Main Mission of the Cultural Coordinator:
Organize and execute cultural and artistic cooperation initiatives.
Activities:
Execution of Cultural Cooperation Activities:
- Coordinate and execute the artistic program developed by the Cultural Attaché with local contacts and French guests.
- Monitor all stages of each activity: logistics (transport, accommodation, etc.), budgeting, contracts, etc.
- Track the artistic and cultural scene in France and Chile. Participate in the design and selection of projects and artists.
- Collect necessary information to communicate events and relay it to the Institute’s communication department.
Administrative Management:
- Follow up on administrative aspects of coordinated projects: contracts, payments, invoicing, support letters, contact archives, calendar, etc.
- Monitor the budget of the department’s projects: track expenses and income, prepare grant reports, particularly with IF Paris, etc.
Other Duties:
- Translate content and accompany French guests during their visit to Chile.
- Participate in meetings with the Cultural Attaché, representing the CFI in group meetings or events in the absence of the Cultural Attaché.
- Prepare materials for speeches, briefing notes, diplomatic notes, and decoration notices.

Required Skills:
