Are you aspiring to launch your own arts organization, creative platform or exhibition design studio? In this course you’ll learn how to transform your creative ideas into a successful independent enterprise. Led by experienced cultural entrepreneur Yulia Loginova, this course is designed for artists, curators, or art professionals who aspire to launch and run their cultural initiatives effectively.
Throughout this course, you will gain theoretical knowledge and practical tools necessary for every stage of setting up your own initiative within the unique landscape of the arts and culture sector. Drawing on a range of entrepeneurial case studies, we will start with how to shape your concept and define your vision. You will learn to identify your target audience and choose your format, whether it’s individual, start-up, non-profit or commercial. Finally, we will explore the fundamental elements of managing entrepreneurial ventures, including how to build teams, design project roadmaps, manage budgets and learn best practices to analyse your project and its growth.
The course combines lectures, interactive Q&A sessions, ongoing assignments, and dedicated group discussions. By the end of the program, you will not only have acquired the skills and tools to launch and manage cultural initiatives but also have a well-defined project of your own.
