Rebobinart, one of Spain’s oldest urban art producers with international outreach from its headquarters in Barcelona, is looking to add a Cultural Producer passionate about art, production, and culture to its team. As part of a compact team of 5 people, you will have the opportunity to work with the director of Rebobinart, contributing to the development of proposals and the execution of projects that leave a significant social imprint on public spaces.
Job Offer:
The position is initially offered on-site for the first six months, crucial for training and team adaptation, followed by a flexible mode allowing remote work one day a week. We offer a creative and dynamic work environment, with twenty-three working days of vacation, equivalent to thirty-one calendar days per year.

Essential Requirements:
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both in presentation and writing skills. Competence in the use of ChatGPT, Excel, and Microsoft Office, with outstanding presentation development skills. Proven experience in design and production budget management. Excellent communication skills and client relations (soft skills). Ability to manage calendars, teams, and budgets efficiently. Must have a type B driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
Design, writing, and development of creative and technically viable proposals. Preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring resource optimization. Identification and location of key suppliers for project execution. Maintaining fluid and effective communication with clients throughout all project phases. Coordination with artists and other collaborators to ensure project quality and vision. Comprehensive management of event and mural production, including logistics and objective fulfillment. Responsibility for necessary documentation, including compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations by all artists.
Salary Proposal:
The starting salary for this position is €24,000 annually. With objective achievement, the salary can increase by €3,000 annually, with the possibility of reaching up to €36,000.
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of an initial interview followed by a production and presentation skills test. We are looking for candidates with a creative vision and the ability to carry out projects with a strong social and cultural impact.
