Tate Liverpool is seeking a Curator to contribute to the programme at Tate Liverpool. To devise, curate and deliver exciting and innovative exhibitions, displays and commissions at a crucial and exciting part of Tate Liverpool’s future.
The Exhibitions and Art Handling Team at Tate Liverpool is a vibrant and lively team. The current and forthcoming programme is varied and exciting. The team is currently preparing for capital development and the team will be responsible for the research and development of future programmes.
Your excellent interpersonal skills mean that you can deal effectively and confidently at all levels and act as a role model for Tate values across the organisation. You’ll also have a proactive approach to promoting the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to show evidence of having incorporated these strategies into your working practices. Above all, you’ll have a collaborative approach to team working in a busy environment, with proven project management experience and excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple activities with patience and empathy, even when under pressure.
