Bazament Art Space invites regional and international curators to apply for its 2026 Curator in Residence programme: a two-week research residency in Tirana, Albania.
Taking place between August and September 2026, the residency offers the selected curator time to explore Tirana’s contemporary art scene through studio visits, conversations and meetings with local artists and cultural practitioners.
During the residency, the curator will develop a curatorial concept and select one or more artists for an exhibition to be presented at Bazament during Tirana Art Weekend in November 2026.

Eligibility
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of curatorial experience.

- A portfolio of previous curatorial projects
- A research proposal of no more than one page
