Salary: $74,493.06 to $81,614.18 pa + super

Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre is a multi-faceted arts centre that serves as the principal cultural facility of the Liverpool Local Government Area (LGA) and is owned and operated by Liverpool City Council. The Centre comprises of 6 galleries with rotating exhibitions, a 321 seat theatre, 2 artist studios, a 3 bedroom fully furnished artist residency, a ceramics studio, permanent public artworks, a national standard climate controlled gallery and storage facilities, cafe and bar and green open spaces.

The roles purpose is to work as part of a curatorial team and assist the Head of Curatorial to deliver an innovative, inclusive and progressive program of exceptional visual arts exhibitions and experiences. The position will work with artists, staff, the community and other stakeholders to develop curatorial projects and coordinate exhibition logistics, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
