Responsibilities

As a part of our team, your role encompasses the following:

Performance Art Exhibition Support

  • Aid in research, logistics, production, and work acquisition for performance art exhibitions.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle administrative tasks related to curatorial processes and meetings.

Data Management

  • Maintain and update records for exhibitions, displays, and the permanent collections, including data and images.

Communication Management

  • Manage internal and external contacts and correspondence.

Operational Assistance

  • Assist in routine operations and special projects at M+.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Hold a recognized university degree or equivalent in Fine Art, Art History, Visual Studies, or related fields.
  • Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in cultural or related organizations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and interest in modern or contemporary Asian Art, with a focus on Chinese Art or Ink art as a valuable addition.
  • Excel in both independent and collaborative work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
  • Showcase excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Chinese and English.
