Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to curatorial processes and meetings.
• Assist with general research, exhibition and programming logistics, production, and acquisition of works.
• Maintain data records for accession, condition, and location of objects in the museum collection.
• Support routine operations and other special projects at M+.

Requirements

• A recognized university degree in Fine Art, Art History, Visual Studies, or a related discipline.
• Experience and knowledge in Asian Art; a strong interest in contemporary Chinese Art is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in cultural or related organizations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project coordination and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
