The Ludwig Forum for International Art Aachen, a leading museum for contemporary art, is offering a curatorial traineeship to support emerging art professionals. The position is designed for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in exhibition organization, collection management, and museum administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with curatorial planning and execution of exhibitions.
- Provide editorial support for museum publications.
- Support the museum’s executive and curatorial teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
- Initial experience in museum and/or exhibition work.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary art.
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Office applications and image editing software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
