Position Description: Development & Marketing Coordinator This part-time role supports ACCA’s artistic program through strategic fundraising, marketing, and event initiatives. The coordinator will work closely with ACCA’s leadership to build relationships with donors and partners, and manage social and digital channels to promote ACCA’s diverse programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual Giving: Develop strategies for donor engagement, manage financial administration, and maintain donor records.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop content for ACCA’s digital channels, ensure brand consistency, and engage diverse audiences.
- Events: Plan and deliver effective events, representing ACCA professionally.
- Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate and event partners.
- Other Duties: Support the wider team as needed and participate in after-hours events.
Reporting and Key Relationships The Development & Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director, Development & Engagement and collaborates with various ACCA departments and external stakeholders.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a similar role.
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Digital competency and knowledge of the visual arts sector.
