Position Purpose
The Development & Marketing Coordinator is a central figure in supporting ACCA’s artistic program. This involves:
- Strategic Fundraising and Marketing: Engaging in strategic fundraising, marketing, communication, and event initiatives.
- Donor and Partner Engagement: Playing a significant role in the research, stewardship, and cultivation of ACCA’s donors and partners. This aligns with ACCA’s Major Gifts Strategy, and includes coordinating fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and events.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Working closely with ACCA’s Director, Development & Engagement, Development & Marketing Manager, and the Artistic Director & CEO. The role focuses on individual donor and corporate partner relationship building and creating strategic proposals to garner support for ACCA programs.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance in financial processing, receipting, and acknowledging received funds.
- Marketing and Engagement Strategy Implementation: Contributing to the execution of ACCA’s marketing and engagement strategies, with a specific focus on social and digital channels.
- Team Collaboration for Creative Strategies: Working collaboratively with ACCA’s wider team to develop creative strategies. These strategies aim to communicate and promote ACCA’s exhibitions, artists, education, public programs, digital content, bookshop, venue hire, and donor programs to diverse audiences.
