- Work Period: From April 1, 2024 (2 years fixed-term, with the possibility of permanent employment)

Responsibilities:
- Coordination and conceptual development of the Digital Cultures theme cluster.
- Coordination and supervision of the “Web Residencies” program.
- Support of fellows in the Digital Practice field during their stay at the Academy.
- Editorial preparation and management of contributions to the Solitude Blog (in English).
- Management and relationship maintenance of collaborations with local, national, and international partners.
- General administrative tasks, controlling, and project management.
- Conceptualization and participation in exhibition and event formats.
Profile:
- Academic degree in Art/Cultural Sciences, Digital Culture and Media, Cultural Management, or equivalent qualifications.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of Digital Cultures.
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary currents and discourses in the arts and culture sector.
- Relevant experience in organizing and conducting artistic projects.
- High level of strategic thinking, flexibility, communication skills, and intercultural competence.
- Editorial/journalistic experience, preferably in online editorial teams.
- Strong competence in self-organization and time management.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficient in standard MS Office programs, solid skills in using Content Management Systems.
- Experience in project controlling and in third-party funding acquisition.
