Art South Asia Project (ASAP) is seeking a Director to lead the organisation’s next phase of development. The role focuses on strategic growth, fundraising, grants management, and building partnerships across South Asia and the UK, supporting research, archiving, and professional development in contemporary South Asian art.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational strategy and long-term growth planning
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies
- Oversee grants programmes (up to £10,000)
- Build and maintain partnerships across South Asia and the UK
- Represent the organisation externally
- Oversee programme development, delivery, and evaluation
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting
- Lead team management and organisational operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in organisational development and strategic leadership
- Background in the cultural or non-profit sector
- Knowledge of South Asian contemporary art ecosystems
- Experience in fundraising, grants management, and partnerships
- Strong communication and leadership skills
