MASS MoCA seeks Director of Curatorial Affairs

MASS MoCA invites applications for a visionary and collaborative Director of Curatorial Affairs to lead its curatorial program during a pivotal moment in the museum’s history.

This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of the museum’s exhibitions and long-term installations—encompassing a vast 300,000 square feet of gallery space—and stewards relationships with artists, estates, and lending institutions.

We are looking for a candidate with deep curatorial experience, strong project management skills, and a demonstrated commitment to working closely with artists on ambitious, experimental, and large-scale projects.

The Director of Curatorial Affairs will shape the future of MASS MoCA’s exhibitions while working in close partnership with the museum’s leadership team and across departments.
