Description
The Director of Finance & Operations manages the financial affairs of The Hepworth Wakefield and THW Enterprises Ltd and leads the IT strategy. This role involves close collaboration with the Deputy Director to aid in the business plan’s development and execution. The Director heads the finance team to secure a well-resourced future for THW. Responsibilities include supervising the experienced Heads of People, and Operations and Visitor Services, to ensure the delivery of effective services. Additionally, this position includes the role of company secretary to the board of trustees, maintaining legal compliance and best practices.
