Spike Island wishes to appoint a Director to lead and develop the organisation and its over-arching vision – artistic and organisational.

We are looking for a person with energy, experience and commitment to take on this role. Supported by a committed and highly motivated staff team and board, the successful candidate will consolidate and build on the success of recent years and develop a range of new and exciting initiatives.
