Duration: Early December 2023 to Early March 2024
Responsibilities:
- Assist the editorial and photo editing teams, including handling reproduction requests, creating captions and photo credits, maintaining sample copy lists, and conducting research.
- Manage the newsletter.
- Occasionally contribute to social media and publishing marketing efforts.
- Perform general organizational and administrative tasks within the publishing department.
Requirements:
- Mandatory internship as part of your studies.
- Strong affinity for contemporary art.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe programs, including Photoshop and InDesign.
- Structured and independent work style.
