The Fine Arts Work Center (FAWC) seeks a full-time Education Program Manager to oversee and enhance its renowned Summer Workshop Program and support year-round educational initiatives. Reporting to the Programs Director, this role ensures students, faculty, and participants have an exceptional experience while contributing to FAWC’s mission of nurturing emerging artists and writers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and administer the Summer Workshop Program (60–65 week-long workshops for over 500 students).
- Manage scholarships, housing partnerships, faculty and student communications, bookstore/merchandise, catering, events, and Summer Program Assistants.
- Support spring and fall residencies, including Returning Residencies and Summer Project Residencies.
- Assist FAWC Online programming and year-round community events.
- Track income, expenses, and program supplies; perform other administrative tasks as needed.
