Educational Coordination and Mediation

Itaú Cultural Training Management, works in activities and projects such as the Itaú Cultural School, courses with educators through exhibition spaces, and service to the general public, the team aims to mediate the relationship between the public and the actions carried out by Itaú Cultural, offering visitors the possibility to learn new ways to perceive the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Main Activity: 

• Coordinate the activities of the area, planning and developing care and training actions, aiming to provide the public with a mediation experience in the spaces of Itaú Cultural, mediating the team to prepare visitation routes in all CI shows.

Other activities developed:

• Lead processes for the design and application of workshops of different languages to different audiences;
• Develop and propose educational projects ( interventions, courses, lectures and other educational activities ) and encourage the creation of projects by the nucleus;
• Coordinate the elaboration of play materials and support for visits and the teacher.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Competence required:

• Have experience in managing people and projects;
• Availability to eventually work on weekends and holidays;
• Ease of working with the development of several simultaneous projects;
• Have experience in projects with accessibility.

Desired skills:

• Availability to work collaboratively ( building and sharing knowledge ), with internal and external teams and with different audience profiles, based on different themes;
• Familiarity with mediation action practices ( workshops, workshops and others );
• Proximity with history content of culture and the arts;
• Understanding the daily life of the universe of formal and non-formal education;
• Knowledge on education platforms;
• Experience with public service.
