The ENCC’s flagship staff exchange, training and mentoring programme for young culture professionals just changed names, but it’s still the best-funded cultural management programme available in Europe.
The ENCC has been running its funded staff exhange and training programme since 2008. Today, BECC (Bridge between European Cultural Centres) becomes LIGHTS ON. It offers participants an international work experience and a European perspective, and helps them acquire new competences and skills that are crucial for their work with their audience and the broader community.
A programme for young cultural operators
Lights on is a funded programme for young professionals under 35, working in cultural centres and other cultural organisations in Europe.
