Fundación Malba is seeking an Exhibition Coordinator to join the Curatorial team. The successful candidate will have a passion for Latin American art and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise temporary exhibitions.
  • Work with curators, artists, and technical staff.
  • Coordinate the movement of works and materials.
  • Manage documentary and photographic materials.
  • Handle information for labels and room texts.
  • Manage budgets, insurance, and contracts.
  • Follow up with suppliers for temporary exhibitions.
  • Organize meetings and facilitate materials for different museum areas.
  • Act as a liaison between guest curators/artists and Malba staff.

Requirements

  • University degree in Fine Arts (Art History or similar).
  • Previous experience in coordinating exhibitions in museums or galleries.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Three to five years of experience in the field with similar responsibilities.
