Main Responsibilities:
- Production, setup, and dismantling of exhibitions at IMS units in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Poços de Caldas, and other external venues.
- Coordination with departments such as curatorial, planning, logistics, communication, conservation, etc.
- Budget management, purchasing, and contracting of service providers.
- Supporting the curatorial, editorial, and education departments in producing exhibition catalogs and printed materials.
- Managing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organizing transportation, accommodation, and itineraries for national and international teams.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in fields like Cultural Management, Museology, Visual Arts, or Communication.
- At least 3 years of experience in exhibition production and visual arts.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends.

Working Conditions:
