The Exhibition Program Curator is a crucial role in the development and implementation of Metro Arts’ artistic program. The role works under the direction of the CEO and Artistic Director, and in collaboration with the performance Producer.

The Exhibition Program Curator is a crucial role in the development and implementation of Metro Arts’ artistic program. Working under the direction of the CEO and Artistic Director, and in collaboration with the performance Producer, the Curator will work closely with programmed visual artists and key stakeholders to deliver public outcomes in Metro Arts’ Annual Exhibition Program. The successful candidate will work with venue and cross-disciplinary programming staff to deliver on the vision and ethos of Metro Arts – to develop the future of Australian contemporary art, now.

- Salary between $65,000 – $68,000 pro rata to be negotiated with reference to skills and experience plus statutory superannuation.
- This position is a 0.8FTE position at 30 hours per week.
- 4 weeks annual leave pro rata.
- The position is based at Metro Arts in West End, Queensland.
