NETS Victoria is seeking an organised and motivated Exhibitions Coordinator to join our organisation, part time 0.8 EFT on a 1-year contract (with possibility for extension). This position is responsible for the coordination, logistics and presentation of NETS Victoria touring exhibitions and public programs. The role also works collaboratively with the NETS Victoria team to provide input to the artistic program. This position is required to travel to regional centres both within Victoria and interstate at various times and reports to the Director NETS Victoria.
The successful candidate will be an arts professional with a solid understanding of contemporary art, craft and design, experience in project management, expertise in handling & installing works of art, excellent communication skills and outstanding administration skills. A current Australian drivers license is a requirement of this role.
NETS Victoria’s office is located within the National Gallery of Victoria, Australia at Federation Square, Melbourne.
