Wellcome Collection is looking for two Exhibitions Registrars to join the team on a permanent basis, offering one full-time and one part-time position. The role involves managing loans for exhibitions, galleries, and touring programmes, ensuring collections are accessible and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage loans process from request to return, ensuring professional standards in collections care.
- Handle contracts, shipping, insurance, installation, and display of items.
- Collaborate with teams on exhibition design, visitor experience, and display case layouts.
- Conduct object handling, packing, and condition reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in exhibitions registration and loan negotiations.
- Knowledge of fine art transport, insurance, and government indemnity.
- Experience with museum documentation and collections management databases.
- Familiarity with working with designers and living artists for new commissions.
- Commitment to access, diversity, and inclusion strategies.

- Salary: £30,940 (pro-rated for part-time)
