Role Description The Gallery Director will provide strategic and dynamic leadership to elevate the Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery (MPRG). This role involves high-level exhibition and resource development, collection management, interpretation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring MPRG maintains its reputation as one of Australia’s leading regional galleries.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in Art History, Museum, or Curatorial Studies
Significant experience in senior management of a public art gallery
Experience in procuring grants and sponsorship
Skills in managing resources and developing a team of arts professionals
