Galerie Gregor Staiger is offering a 6-month paid internship (80–100%) starting September 1, 2025, aimed at undergraduate/graduate students or early-career professionals interested in contemporary art. The role involves hands-on experience across front desk duties, archive and communication, and exhibition production. Working hours include Saturdays.

Internship Format

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Working Hours: 80–100%, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage front desk
Maintain gallery tidiness and manage supplies
Update website, artist portfolios, and archives
Assist with exhibitions and art fairs
Handle catering and logistics for events
Contribute to gallery installs, deinstalls, and inventory

Candidate Profile

Fluent in German and English
Detail-oriented and proactive
Interest in the gallery’s program and artists
Skills in Adobe CS, SketchUp, Lightroom, InDesign, and art handling are a plus
