Gallery Manager
Gallery Manager (Full-Time) – Vienna
SOPHIE TAPPEINER is looking for a full-time Gallery Manager to join us in Vienna. This is a central role, combining front-of-house responsibilities with exhibition coordination and close collaboration with our artists and team. As the first point of contact for visitors, including curators, collectors, press, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping how the gallery is experienced.
The gallery is looking for someone highly independent, proactive, and aligned with their vision—someone who doesn’t just follow processes but actively contributes to how things are done. The role spans client engagement, artist liaison, project coordination, research, communication and sales support. It requires responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing oversight.
Remuneration is dependent on experience.
