Job Title: Gallery Manager/Registrar
Reports to: Directors
Hours of Employment: 10-6 pm, with one-hour lunch break. Occasional out-of-hours exhibition/fair/event support to be compensated with time off in lieu.
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
Contract: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Cecilia Brunson Projects (CBP) was founded in London in 2013 as the first gallery in the UK dedicated to increasing the visibility and understanding of Latin American artists and their role in global art movements. CBP has become the home of a growing Latin American art scene in London and has built an international reputation for uncovering historically marginalized or overlooked artists and championing diverse artistic practices in the region.
Job Description
The Gallery Manager/Registrar plays a vital role in the daily operations of Cecilia Brunson Projects. The team is small and hands-on, with a busy schedule of fairs, exhibitions, and events. This role involves representing contemporary artists and artist estates, as well as dealing in the secondary market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all artwork logistics, including shipping and storage.
- Managing artist production and client delivery.
- Maintaining the gallery and office spaces to ensure a presentable and welcoming environment.
- Interacting with clients and artists to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate is practical, client-facing, and artist-facing, ensuring a friendly and approachable atmosphere for all visitors.
