The Global Cultural Relations Programme (GCRP) is a flagship training initiative by the Cultural Relations Platform. This unique programme gathers practitioners from diverse sectors globally to foster meaningful connections and cross-cultural collaborations. The 2024 edition is open to cultural and creative professionals and those working in fields focused on creating safer societies.

Who Can Participate?
1. Cultural and Creative Sector Professionals
- Fields include: Architecture, Audiovisual & Cinema, Books & Publishing, Cultural Heritage, Cultural Management, Design, Media, Music, Performing Arts, Visual Arts.
2. Professionals Creating Safer Societies
- Fields include: Conflict and Post-conflict Areas, Peacebuilding, Mediation Practices, Dialogue and Education, Post-conflict Trauma Healing and Mental Health, Interfaith Dialogue, Human Rights, Working with Marginalised Groups, Social Justice, Inclusion and Resilience, Asylum, Migration and Forced Displacement, Natural Disaster and Climate Change Responses, Actions against Disinformation.

Participant Criteria
- Aged 25-39.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in global/international/cross-cultural collaboration.
- Work for a public, private, or civil society organization, or be a freelancer.
- Commitment to the full duration of the programme and travel to/from Marrakech.
Application Information
- Deadline: Midnight CEST, 14 July 2024.
- Process: Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Timeline:
- Mid- to late August: Selected participants are informed via email.
- October: Selected participants announced online.
- 24 November: Arrival in Marrakech.
- 25-28 November: Four days of programming.
- 29 November: Departure from Marrakech.
