Duration: Six months (July – December 2025)

Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship (in accordance with UAE labor laws)
Number of Positions: 4 interns per cohort
The 421 Graduate Internship Program is designed to provide early career development and professional experiencefor emerging creative professionals from diverse backgrounds. Interns will work on-site in a cultural institution and gain hands-on experience in arts administration, programming, and exhibition planning.
Interns can apply for one of the following departments:
- Communications and Marketing
- Learning Initiatives and Programs
- Exhibition Design and Special Projects
- Public Programs and Community Engagement
Interns will be mentored by department managers and will have access to talks, lectures, and mentorship sessionswith industry leaders. Additionally, each intern is expected to pitch and develop a personal project relevant to their field, with support from the 421 team.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
- Must be available for full-time work from July to December 2025.
