Salary: Grade 9, £51,630 – £58,089 per annum
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is offered on an open-ended basis.
The Head of Collections and Curatorial will work with the Director and Hunterian Management Group to develop and prioritise Hunterian strategies, deliver strategic plans and provide strong leadership, direction and management of curatorial and collections teams.
You will lead the development and implementation of policy initiatives and organisational change, in support of the Director in relation to the University collections in all areas of activity as necessary and manage the Collections and Curatorial resources (human, physical and financial) efficiently and effectively to maximise The Hunterian’s impact on the academic work of the University and in support of the strategy to increase audience engagement and increase the profile of the Hunterian and public access to its collections.
