Frieze is seeking a Head of Exhibitor Relations for a one-year fixed-term contract to oversee exhibitor services, coordinate processes across all fairs, and manage the Exhibitor Relations team in London. The role ensures timely delivery of fairs, coordination with internal teams and external contractors, and smooth communication with galleries.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing exhibitor applications, committee meetings, stand plans, invoicing, communications, and delivery of curated sections
• Leading the Exhibitor Relations team; liaising with Digital, Data, Production, and Finance teams
• Implementing process improvements
• Supporting Expo Chicago and The Armory Show onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven senior-level experience in arts, events, or fair management
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Experience in budget management, conflict resolution, and negotiation
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
