New Delhi Liaison Office
Established in 2007, the New Delhi liaison office focuses on cultural exchange and artistic collaboration between Switzerland and South Asia. The office builds connections with event organizers and fosters long-term collaborations to support Swiss arts promotion and intercultural exchange in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the liaison office as a unit facilitating relationships between the Swiss and South Asian arts scenes
- Manage regional activities, create and monitor the annual program, and process applications across art disciplines (excluding film)
- Maintain and expand networks within the arts sector in South Asia and Switzerland
- Promote, support, and manage artistic projects and financial administration
- Oversee the communication strategy in collaboration with the head office in Switzerland
- Contribute regional knowledge and insights to the global activities of Pro Helvetia
- Manage a team of five people
Profile Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field or relevant professional experience
- Competence in conceptual thinking and responsibility
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- At least 10 years of experience in cultural project management and administrative work
- Proven leadership experience in an organization or complex program, including personnel and financial management
- Thorough network and knowledge of contemporary cultural scenes in South Asia and expertise in at least one artistic discipline covered by Pro Helvetia
- Familiarity with the international arts environment and intercultural sensitivity
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is advantageous
- Experience in producing cultural events
- Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on approach
- Flexibility for irregular hours (evenings and weekends) and business travel
