Museum Studio is seeking a Business & Project Manager to lead and develop its immersive art exhibition activities. The role combines business development, project management, and strategic planning to enhance the reach and impact of immersive art exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage client database, organize follow-ups, and develop a CRM-based sales strategy with realistic budgets.
• Conclude deals, manage associated budgets, and achieve revenue targets.
• Evaluate and enhance exhibition catalogue appeal for clients.
• Develop and adapt contractual frameworks (MoUs, contracts) to accelerate sales.
• Build partnerships with recurring exhibition venues.
• Secure funding and grants for exhibitions (e.g., CNC, sponsors, institutions).
• Conduct market and audience research to support catalogue development and new proposals.
• Identify and prospect new markets (cruises, theme parks, etc.).
• Prepare and implement a 3-year strategic plan for the exhibition activity.
• Lead project management from kick-off to production handover, coordinating administration, communications, client relations, and content.
• Strengthen coordination with the Communication Department to increase project visibility and attractiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Dual expertise in business development/finance and cultural/art project management.
• Knowledge of the immersive exhibition market and cultural industry.
• Artistic sensitivity combined with organizational rigor.
