Forecast Mentorships, an international mentorship program for artists and creative thinkers, is offering a full-time internship focused on **cultural management and event organization**. The position is with Skills e.V., the nonprofit association behind Forecast, and provides valuable practical experience in the planning and implementation of a major transdisciplinary festival and international artist residencies.
About the Position
- Gain hands-on experience in cultural project management and artistic production
- Assist in organizing the Forecast Forum 10 and the international work-stay residencies
- Support the preparation of the Open Call for Forecast 11 (January 2026)
- Engage directly with international artists, mentors, and institutional partners
- Participate in day-to-day production and operational processes of Forecast
Eligibility
- Enrolled student (compulsory internship as part of a study program)
- Background in art history, cultural management, production, marketing, or business administration
- Strong interest in contemporary arts and cultural production
- Preferably some experience in event or project coordination
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
- Organized, motivated, and solution-oriented
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
- Solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
