Responsibilities
- Independent administrative processing of grant applications and general administrative tasks.
- Gradual development of skills for independent assessment of applications.
- Advising artists and communicating the status of applications.
- Supporting the team in managing open calls for the artistic community.
- Assisting with jury processes.
- Coordinating promotional activities related to funding measures.
Candidate Profile
- Knowledge in art and cultural studies (e.g., from a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience). A formal degree is not a requirement.
- Awareness of the current Swiss art scene, e.g., through personal engagement with art spaces, projects, etc.
- Interest in cultural policy issues.
- Initial experience in administrative or organizational work.
- Structured and reliable working style, with the ability to plan and carry out tasks independently and on time.
- Strong communication skills in multilingual environments; excellent written and spoken skills in at least two of the following languages at C1 level: English, German, French, Italian.
