Internship Opportunities available at Javett-UP

As part of the Presidential Employment Stimulus Package (PESP), the Javett-UP has been selected as a Host to employ 7 interns as part of the PESP 3 Work-Based Experience programme coordinated by the Art Bank of South Africa.

The Internship will be a full-time, 4-month programme, running 7 November 2022 – 28 February 2023. Candidates with a completed post-matric qualification are invited to apply.

The Javett-UP is requesting applications to fulfil the following areas:

• Arts Administration & Fundraising Support
• Event Management & Project Coordination
• Marketing & Multimedia content creation
• Curatorial & Exhibition Research
• Art Collection Management
• Curation and Arts Education
• Technical Skills

Successful candidates will receive a stipend of R5 700 per month.
