About MUCA

The Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art (MUCA), established in 2016, is housed in a former disused substation. Located a stone’s throw away from Marienplatz in Munich’s Old Town, MUCA showcases significant artists from the 20th and 21st centuries.

MUCA is currently seeking support for its team during the ongoing exhibition of the world-renowned artist Damien Hirst. We have multiple vacancies and are accepting applications for:

Internship/Student Assistant/MiniJob

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:

Guest management, ticket sales, and reception duties.
Assisting in the organization of vernissages and events.
Conducting research.
Managing the customer database.
General administrative office tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional skills in graphic programs are advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
Passion for contemporary art is desirable.
