Konrad Fischer Galerie Seeks Director

For our Berlin location – as of now or according to agreement – we are looking for a Gallery Director

The candidate should be a dynamic communicator with extensive knowledge of international art ranging from the1960s to cutting-edge contemporary positions.
 The successful candidate will have an outstanding track record in the international art trade and will competently associate with our international patronage. We gladly anticipate resilience, a proper sense of responsibility, a great capacity for teamwork and an interest in the constructive and long-term strategic development of our gallery.

Your position will include:
– dedicated commitment to conceptual and strategic development, planning, installation, and documentation of our temporary gallery exhibitions and our participations in international art fairs!
– contextual placement and procurance of artworks
– artist and customer liaison and support
– representing he gallery at international art fairs and vernissage events
– communication and networking with institutions and galleries
– supervising of art handling and international loans
– public relations

Additional professional qualification:
– excellent proficiency in English and German as written and spoken languages
– advanced skills in Office, Database and Internet administration
