Develop and monitor, in dialogue with the Mediation and Public Programs area, training activities based on the MASP collection and temporary exhibitions. Conduct the MASP accessibility project negotiations and the execution of programs involving this theme.
Research themes and pedagogical approaches to mediate the public’s relationship with the collection and exhibitions, as well as carry out the program of workshops and mediated visits, follow-up of MASP Escola courses and the scheduling system.
Fulfill targets of audiences served by the programs, responding to qualitative instruments and annual reports.
Activities
Programming: survey possible names of artists, educators and collectives to meet the regular schedule of workshops, aiming to present to the board for approval and subsequent sending of invitations. Make contacts and interlocutions for these activities, research themes and pedagogical approaches;
Carry out negotiations with possible ministers of the programs based on the pre-approved budget with the support of the production sector;
Hold periodic meetings with the accessibility consultancy contracted by the museum, seeking to build an inclusion policy. Development of a short, medium and long-term action plan on accessibility for different audiences;
Support for MASP Escola courses, with monitoring of classes and support for teachers;
Participation in meetings of the Mediation and Public Programs team, in line with the other activities of the curatorship;
Attend mediated visits by groups organized by the institutional relations sector, as well as organize and execute the regular program of direct mediation of the exhibited collection (today named Dialogues in the Collection);
Requirements
– Complete higher education and / or postgraduate studies in social sciences, history or visual arts;
– Experience of three years or more in museums and other cultural institutions;
– Experience in carrying out accessibility projects in museums and / or other cultural institutions;
– Experience in mediation and workshop;
– Experience in researching cultural projects and actions.

– Knowledge about the Common National Curricular Base ( elementary and high school ) ( desirable );
– Good mastery of the cultured norm of Portuguese and ease with the production of texts on the activities carried out.
