Reporting To: Partnerships Manager
Key Collaborators: Film, Industry and AR Programme Team, Communications Team, Festival Events Team
Salary: £24,500 pro rata
Contract Type: Fixed term (Various dates and work schedules)
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid options available)

Key Responsibilities
Festival Sponsorship and Fundraising
- Support the development and execution of commercial partnerships for Sheffield DocFest 2024.
- Assist in creating partnership packages and funding proposals.
- Organize and prepare approaches to potential sponsors.
- Manage contracting, reporting, and evaluation of partnership activities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with partners and funders.
- Coordinate engagement timelines, application and reporting deadlines.
Systems and Tracking
- Track sponsorship deliverables alongside the Partnerships Manager.
- Ensure sponsor activities are recorded in the festival management system.
- Coordinate data for festival reports and other requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to fulfill partner ticketing and event needs.
- Analyze data for funders and sponsors.
Client Engagement
- Advocate for the charity and partnership benefits.
- Represent DocFest at meetings and events.
- Attend festivals and networking events as required.
General Support
- Provide administrative support to the Partnerships team.
- Suggest improvements for departmental and festival processes.
- Undertake other duties as needed for festival partnerships.
Requirements

- Proven administrative and client service skills.

Desirable (D)
- Financial administration and numeric reporting skills.
- Experience in development or fundraising.
- Experience in conference or film festival environments.
- Interest in documentary films and the global film and TV industry.
